It doesn't have to be wet or cold to enjoy rain boots. About the only thing I can see that makes rain boots stylish is the many colors and patterns they come in. The most popular rain boots are the familiar Hunter boots. Hunter rain boots are about as popular among boots almost as much as UGG is for sheepskin boots. Rain boots are incredibly functional for wet or cold days. Because of their unique colors and patterns, rain boots are often enjoyed as fashionable boots to wear. And unless you fancy fashionable pairs of boots with stylish heels or various luxurious elements, rain boots will serve you well even if it isn't cold or wet. I still wouldn't advise wearing rain boots in warmer weather.
