Bells and ruffles are the name of the game here. Bell sleeves can offer dramatic and beautiful touches. The bells themselves can fairly modest and simply be at the wrists or elbows. Or, bells can be huge and overly dramatic. I certainly love bell sleeves with dresses or rompers. Simple tops can have some cute bells either past the elbows or at the wrists. You can surely make sweet style statements with lovely bell designs.
Ruffles can also be very stylish to compliment outfits. They can add some interesting character to outfits. Think about what kind of details you can add to a dress or some kind of top by giving it ruffles. Ruffles can be a delightful touch to outfits, and they can sometimes make even the simplest outfits a touch less boring. For example, imagine giving a basic T-shirt ruffle sleeves. You can provide extra girly charm by simply providing ruffles.
