The Reformation

John B. Marine | 10:50 PM | | |
The Reformation is not only about looking stylish; it is about looking stylish while also caring for the Earth. This American designer prides itself on providing sustainable fashion. I will be sure to discuss Reformation and their offerings in this blog post. I hope you get to enjoy this blog post and get to learn about The Reformation. Let's get it!

Brands Post Transparency...

I was not contacted by the company to post on their behalf. I did this blog post on my own and providing my own commentary.

About the Label: Sustainable

All blog posts under the Sustainable label fall under the category of eco-friendly, guilt-free, ethical, vegan, and other such fashions. They are not about fast fashion. Instead, these are about designers and fashion items that produce as small an impact on the environment as possible.

The Reformation

"Being naked is the #1 most sustainable option. Reformation is #2."

-The Reformation's slogan

^ from: Reformation - The Reformation provides quality fashion for women while also being sustainable.

The Reformation was founded in 2009 by Yael Aflalo in Los Angeles, California, USA originally selling vintage-type fashions. This company believes in making stylish clothing for women while also providing eco-friendly and sustainable fashions and working conditions. Most people would probably think sustainable fashion means boring fashion. Sure there may be some people who may not like a pair of vegan footwear. However, the fashion items they provide are just as stylish as what most high-end fashion designers or what fast fashion designers may provide. They'll probably also last you longer than most fast fashion. Reformation's repertoire of items include dresses, bottoms, footwear, wedding fashions, and now bags.

It surely is commendable there are designers that care about the earth in all of the constant climate change matters of late. The Reformation is all about long-lasting, stylish clothing for women. Not only that, but The Reformation believes in providing quality fashion in an overall ethical manner puts as small a dent on our environment as possible. A lot of their offerings are very stylish. Do not let the notion of sustainable fashion deter your potential interest in The Reformation.

Since The Formation specializes in sustainability, penny pinchers may not be as keen to find such stylish fashion on the cheap from The Reformation. Sustainable fashion can be more expensive than your average fast fashion at mainstream retailers and mainstream designers. What you get for the money is still just as lovely as what you'd find from the mainstream fashion realm. Also, you are doing Mother Earth a favor, so it's all good! :)

Now time to close with some Final Thoughts.

The Reformation: Final Thoughts

The Reformation does a great job at providing quality fashion for women while making as small a dent on the environment as possible. This designer believes in stylish, fashionable clothing and accessories as much as they do sustainability. Neither has priority over the other. They equally care about both aspects in trying to make women look and feel as stylish as they can be. Even if money was no object, a fashionista can do no wrong with what The Reformation provides to the fashion realm.
