White Booties

Fashion "rule": "no white before Memorial Day or after Labor Day." Well, many fashionistas would in violation with white booties trending. They have become the go-to shoes this cold weather time. Booties themselves are hot fashion pieces for almost any outfit. Contrary to some popular belief, boots aren't necessarily cold weather footwear. Some have dared wear ankle boots (and maybe some mid-calf boots) during even warm times. It does seem fairly strange that the so-called fashion rule of wearing white in cold weather times is "violated" with white booties being a thing.

Short boots can be stylish for anyone who wears them. So what about white booties? I am actually okay with this trend. Maybe I look at white booties as a chic alternative to wearing sneakers for an outfit. So if you want to rock some white booties with your outfit, feel free to do so. I'm not going to stop you.
